Tree Pose challenge: how long can you hold it?
Tree pose, or vrksasana, balances you on one leg with the other foot raised against your standing leg. The camera checks both legs and tells you when your foot slips.
How to play
- Stand facing the camera, about 2 metres back, with your whole body in frame.
- Lift one foot and rest it against the inner thigh or calf of your standing leg. Never on the knee joint itself.
- Keep your standing leg straight. The timer starts when the pose locks in.
World record
The longest recorded hold we found is 7:53:25 by Yash Moradiya (India), 2022 (Guinness World Records). Records can be broken after we last checked, and a hold timed on SlayFit is not an official attempt.
Pick a spot on the wall and stare at it. Your eyes do half the balancing.
